Blogging has helped me learn how to decorate my home on my budget. I can't afford to shop at Pottery Barn or have professional painters in my home, but I can cut some mdf and pick up a paint brush. I can go to the Habitat Restore and imagine how I can turn that ugly piece of furniture into something beautiful.
My husband and I have become brave when it comes to our home. It's not always pretty and it doesn't always turn out the way we imagined but we eventually get it right. Our house has become our home.
